Pleoticus Muelleri | Argentina

Fresh from the cold waters north of the Patagonia region, wild-caught Argentine Red Shrimp are among the best in the world. Sweet and lobster-like in taste, these shrimp are protected from overfishing. You can count on Mirasco to be a reliable supplier of this prized catch.

South Atlantic Whiting are among the tastiest fish caught today. Harvested sustainably, South Atlantic Whiting are one of the few species of White Fin fish not treated with additives.

Micropogonias Furnieri | Brazil/Argentina

Yellow Croaker or Corvina are caught off the coast of Argentina, Uruguay and Brazil. They are popular in some communities because of their attractive yellow/orange hue skin colors and delicious mild flavor. The meat is slightly pinkish when raw, but turns white when cooked.

You can’t get any fresher squid. Within an hour of the catch, our squid is frozen on board either in a jigger or a trawler vessel, preserving their exquisite fresh taste.
